If you have purchased a redeemable subscription of a product/webapp, you should be able to find your License Key in:
- At the Order Confirmation page, you can find your License Key and redemption instructions.
- You should also get a email to your billing email address with your License Key and redemption instructions.
- Or check in My Account > Order > Click on view button for the relevant product to find its License Key.

Once you contact them surely they would help you out, if not don’t worry we will sort it out or else offer a full refund.
